	If a platform is in orbit and it has some sensor nets and sensors, will it only see positions which enter orbit or will it also see positions which enter the orbital quadrant?

	I asked Mica about this a while back and the response was basically that Sensor Nets are really only useful for Platforms located in deep space not orbits.
